Celui-ci proposait entre autres la transformation des terrains agricoles \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re des maisons de la chauss\u00e9e de Bruxelles jusqu\u2019au \u00e9tangs Balcaen en zone de logement, entourant enti\u00e8rement le Ronkelhof d\u2019habitations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le RonkelComit\u00e9, ainsi que de tr\u00e8s nombreux wemmelois ont r\u00e9agi \u00e0 cette urbanisation extr\u00eame des zones agricoles qui forment la ceinture verte autour de Bruxelles. Suite \u00e0 la mobilisation importante, \u00e0 savoir plus de 250 lettres qui sont arriv\u00e9es \u00e0 la commune, le Conseil communal a retir\u00e9 cette proposition, suivi rapidement par la R\u00e9gion qui a confirm\u00e9 ces terrains comme \u00e9tant des terres agricoles d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat paysager. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette mobilisation citoyenne, nous avons pu sauver ce paysage, qui sera d\u2019ailleurs <a href=\"http:\/\/ronkelcomite.be\/fr\/quartier-durable\/classificatie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">class\u00e9<\/a> quelques ann\u00e9es apr\u00e8s<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Du 3 mai au 31 juillet 2010, le plan communal de structure en mati\u00e8re d\u2019urbanisme a \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 enqu\u00eate publique.
